How would you know? Is your focus singular? Are you reactive instead of proactive? Did you forget to breathe? Would you rather walk away or do you want to fight it out? Are you tense? Are people starting to become objects because you're not really seeing them? Is your heart beating fast and your adrenaline pumping hard? Do you feel frantic? The American Psychological Association's "Stress in America" survey has revealed that not having enough willpower was the top reason people cited for being unable to make healthy lifestyle changes. They also repored that less than one in five people in this survey reported being successul at making healthy improvements.

Challenge yourself. It doesn’t matter what you choose to do, but find something that challenges you. Push your limits. Not only will you be adding excitement to your life, you’ll also end up accomplishing more of those bucket list items than you ever thought you could!

Just saying, I don't think I 'm the only person who worries abut things that we cannot change. I like to worry a lot, even though there's not a darn thing anyone, including myself, can do about it. There seems to be an epidemic of women who worry about their futures. At least half of them seem to be scared and unsure of what the aging process will bring to them. Part of the problem appears to stem from not having role models to demonstrate new actions and behaviors. And then, media has not been very helpful, as one may think that one must stay young and beautiful in order to be loved.
